Easy Mango and Black Bean Salsa Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4cup choppedred bell peppers
- 2/3cupcanned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2cup crosse and blackwell hotmango chutneyor Major Grey chutney
- 1/3cupwhole kernel corn
- 2tablespoons slicedgreen onions
- 2tablespoons choppedfresh cilantro
- 1tablespoongreen chilies
- 1/8-1/4teaspoonground coriander
- 4-6dropshot pepper sauce (optional)
- tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chips.
