Easy Gluten Free Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cuprice flour
  2. 1 1/2tablespoonssugar
  3. 1 3/4teaspoonsbaking powder
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/2cupmilk
  7. 1/8cupvegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, (**BEAT THE EGG BEFORE YOU ADD TO DRY**).
  2. Add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnimon, or other extra ingredients) Batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
  3. Grease your pan VERY LIGHTLY.
  4. Put in small loaf pan (Double or triple recipe to make a big loaf).
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
