Easy Gluten Free Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1cuprice flour
- 1 1/2tablespoonssugar
- 1 3/4teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1egg
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1/8cupvegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the dry ingredients, (**BEAT THE EGG BEFORE YOU ADD TO DRY**).
- Add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnimon, or other extra ingredients) Batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
- Grease your pan VERY LIGHTLY.
- Put in small loaf pan (Double or triple recipe to make a big loaf).
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
