Crispy Honey Dijon Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2cupDijon mustard
  3. 1/4cuphoney
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4teaspoonpepper
  6. 40-50Ritz crackers, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Pound chicken breasts until they are thin.
  3. Stir together mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread or paint dijon mixture generously on chicken breasts.
  5. Crush Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
  6. Press crumbs onto mustard coated chicken until chicken is thoroughly coated with crumbs.
  7. Place chicken on a baking sheet or jellyroll pan and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until crispy, turning chicken once during cooking, if desired.
