Creole Pork Roast Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbspork roast
  2. tony chacherecreole seasoning
  3. 1bell pepper(any color is fine)
  4. 1clovegarlic
  5. 1onion

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make slits in the top of the roast.
  2. Add 1 tbsp creole seasoning to the vegetable mixture and stuff into slits.
  3. Rub seasoning over the outside of the roast.
  4. Place on roaster uncovered at 350F until roast is browned.
  5. Reduce heat to 300F cover and continue to cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
