Corn Souffle Stuffed Zucchini Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (12 ounce)packagefrozen corn souffle
  2. 1/4cup slicedgreen onions
  3. 2/3cup shreddedswiss cheese
  4. 3 cut in half lengthwise & cored mediumzucchini

DIRECTIONS

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. COMBINE 1st 2 ing. and 1/3 cup cheese in small bowl.
  3. Fill zucchini halves with mixture.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or until zucchini is done.
