- 1tomato, chopped
- 50gred onions, chopped
- 2spring onions, chopped
- 1garlic clove, pressed
- 2tablespoonslime juice
- 175gcorn, canned
- 80gblack beans, drain and reserve liquid
- 2tablespoonssweet asian chicken chili sauce
- 2tablespoonsfresh coriander
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
- Use the reserved bean liquid to moisten, if needed.
- It is preferable to let the sauce stand a little so the spices can work through.
