Cocoa Spice Snackin Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cupbutter
- 1egg, Beaten
- 1/4cupcocoa
- 1/2cupnuts
- 3/4cupapplesauce
- 1 1/4cupsflour
- 1cupsugar
- 3/4teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonnutmeg
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine melted butter & cocoa, blend in Applesauce.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in large bowl.
- Blend cocoa mixture and egg until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread in greased 9 inch square pan.
- Bake at 350* for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
- Cool in pan.
