Chuckwagon Coleslaw Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3cupmayonnaise
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 4cups shreddedcabbage
- 1tablespoon finely choppedonions
- 4teaspoonswhite vinegar
- 1dashblack pepper
- 1 (1 lb)canpork and beans in tomato sauce, drained
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl mix the mayo, vinegar, onions and seasonings.
- Mix in the cabbage and beans, stir well but gently.
- Cover and chill at least an hour to blend flavors.
