Chocolate Brownie Roulade Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5 1/2ounceschocolate
  2. 3tablespoonswater
  3. 3/4cupsugar
  4. 5eggs
  5. 2tablespoonsraisins
  6. 1/4cuppecans
  7. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 1/4cupsheavy cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
  2. Whisk in eggs one at a time.
  3. Fold in raisins and pecans, spread in jellyroll pan.
  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Spread with heavy cream and roll up lengthwise.
  6. Serve chilled.
