Chile Egg Puff Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 10eggs
- 1/2cupflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1pintcottage cheese
- 1lb shreddedmonterey jack cheese
- 1/2cup meltedbutter
- 2 (4 ounce)cansdiced green chilies
DIRECTIONS
- in a bowl with an electric mixer, beat the eggs until lemon colored.
- add other ingredients, except chilies, and blend until smooth; add chilies last.
- pour into a well-buttered 9×13 baking dish.
- bake at 350 for 35 minutes until top is golden brown.
