Cheesy Seafood Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12-16ounces packaged flakedcrabor flakedlobsters
  2. 1cup cannedbaby shrimp(thawed frozen baby shrimp may be substituted)
  3. 1 1/2cupsseasoned stuffing mix
  4. 1/4cupbutter
  5. 1/4cupwater
  6. 1/2teaspoongarlic salt
  7. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
  8. 1/2teaspoondill weed
  9. 1/8cuponions
  10. 1 (8 ounce)package shreddedcheddar cheese
  11. 1 (8 ounce)package shreddedmozzarella cheese
  12. 2pintsfresh portabella mushrooms

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Lay the portabella mushrooms on the bottom of the casserole dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the first 9 ingredients and 1/2 of the cheeses.
  4. Spread over mushrooms.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
