Cheap & Easy Tuna Dinner Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (6 ounce)cantuna
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 2tablespoonsmargarine
- 1cup choppedonions
- 1cupmilk
- 1cupwhite wine
- salt
- pepper
- toast
- slicedtomatoes
DIRECTIONS
- In large skillet, saute onion in margarine.
- When onion is transluscent, sprinkle flour in pan and let cook 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add milk and whisk.
- Take the pan off of the flame and add the wine.
- When sauce thickens, add tuna and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over toast with sliced tomatoes.
