INGREDIENTS
- 1cupwhipping cream or1 envelopewhipped topping
- 1/2cupginger snaps, crumbs
DIRECTIONS
- Whip the cream or topping as directed.
- Fold in the ginger snap crumbs Spread this filling on your baked pumpkin jelly roll and re-roll.
- Chill and serve.
