  1. 1cupwhipping cream or1 envelopewhipped topping
  2. 1/2cupginger snaps, crumbs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whip the cream or topping as directed.
  2. Fold in the ginger snap crumbs Spread this filling on your baked pumpkin jelly roll and re-roll.
  3. Chill and serve.
