Cauliflower & Green Olive Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1headcauliflower, in small pieces
- 3/4cupolive oil
- 1/4cupwhite vinegar
- 8ouncesgreen olives
- 1/2cuponions, chopped
- 3/4cup crumbledfeta cheese
- fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Toss cauliflower in olive oil, then add vinegar and toss again.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
- Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
