Caramel Puffs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5 (56 g) bars of mackintoshtoffee pieces(Red Box)
  2. 1/2cupmargarine
  3. 7ouncessweetened condensed milk(1/2 can)
  4. 48 regular-sizemarshmallows, cut in half
  5. 4cupshoney crunch corn flakes or frosted flakes, slightly crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt margarine, toffee, and milk over low heat until all toffee is melted and mixture is creamy.
  2. Dip marshmallows in toffee mixture using a fondue fork.
  3. Then roll in crushed cereal.
  4. Drop onto wax paper and harden in fridge.
  5. Keep toffee mixture on low heat while dipping.
  6. These freeze well.
