Calci-Yum Protein Drink Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonsnon-fat powdered milk
- 1cuporange juiceor grape juiceor fruit juice, your favorite

- 1tablespoonbrewer’s yeast (optional)
- 1/2teaspoonwheat germ (optional)
- fresh fruit (optional)
- 1-2tablespoonyogurt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients in a blender or a container with a tight fitting lid.
- Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
