Brunswick Stew Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (10 ounce)cans castleberrybarbecued pork
  2. 2 (10 ounce)cans castleberrybarbecued beef
  3. 2 (16 ounce)cansdiced tomatoes
  4. 1 (10 ounce)cancooked chicken
  5. 1 (16 ounce)cancream-style corn
  6. 1 (16 ounce)canwhite corn kernels, drained
  7. 1mediumonion, chopped
  8. 1/2cuphickory flavored barbecue sauce
  9. 1tablespoonsugar
  10. 1tablespoonvinegar
  11. 1teaspoonsalt(or to taste)
  12. 1teaspoonpepper(or to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large crock pot. Cook on low heat for 8 hours stirring occasionally.
  2. This can be cooked on high for 4 hours but you need to watch it more closely for sticking.
  3. Goes GREAT with cornbread!
