Bree’s Vegan Pan Fried Noodles and Veggies Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 20ounces pannoodles
- 1bell pepper, chopped preferably red
- 1cupbroccoli, chopped
- 1cupcauliflower, chopped
- 1/2cuponions, chopped
- 1/2cupsoy sauce
- 1/2teaspoonvegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Boil noodles in pan.
- Add vegetable oil to pan and heat.
- Add pan noodles and vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce to finished dish and serve with a lettuce leaf on the side.
