Breakfast Oatmeal Muffins Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2cupvegetable oil
- 2eggs, beaten
- 1cup leftoveroatmeal
- 1cupraisins
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Beat together wet ingredients.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Fold in raisins.
- Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
- Bake at 350*F for 18 minutes.
