Blt Egg Salad Croissant Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 6hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/3cupcelery, diced fine
- 1/3cupmayonnaise
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/8teaspoonblack pepper
- 1/3cup crumbledcooked bacon
- 4 splitplain croissants
- lettuce leaves
- slicedtomatoes
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together eggs, celery, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
- Fold in bacon.
- Place 1/2 cup egg salad on each croissant half.
- Top with lettuce and tomato and replace top half of croissant.
