- 1/2cupolive oil
- 1onion, chopped
- 1carrot, chopped
- 2stalkscelery, chopped
- 3cupsred wine(only use stuff you would drink yourself)
- 2bay leaves
- 2tablespoonsfresh thyme, chopped
- 3tablespoonsfresh basil, chopped
- 1/4cup choppedfresh parsley
- 5clovesgarlic, peeled and crushed
- 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
- 1teaspoonsoy sauce
- Compine all ingredients in a deep pan and cook for 3 hours.
- Strain Marinate beef or game for 12-24 hours in refrigerator.
