Beef Stroganoff Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1lbsirloin steaks, cut up
- 1onion, chopped
- 1 1/2tablespoonsflour
- 3/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpaprika
- 1/8teaspoonpepper
- 1 (10 ounce)cancream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4cupsegg noodles
DIRECTIONS
- Brown the beef strips in a large skillet.
- Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in the flour, salt, paprika and ground black pepper.
- Add the soup, reduce the heat to medium and let simmer.
- Add the sour cream.
- Prepare the egg noodles.
- Serve beef mixture over noodles.
