Basic Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupwater, plus
- 2tablespoonswater
- 6tablespoonssugar
- 4 1/2tablespoonssoy sauce
- 4 1/2tablespoonstomato sauce
- 6tablespoonsvinegar(any kind)
- 3tablespoonscornstarch, mixed with
- 3tablespoonswater
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except cornstarch in medium sauce pan over medium heat untill sugar has dissolved.
- Add cornstarch and stir untill thick and bubbly,stir 1 miniute more.
