Barbequed Meatloaf Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbsground chuck
- 1cupfresh breadcrumbs
- 1mediumonion, diced
- 1egg
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
- 1/4teaspoonground black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce)cantomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce)cantomato paste

Topping
- 3tablespoonsvinegar
- 3tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonsprepared mustard
- 2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Mix together beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, sauce and paste.
- Put into a 9 X 13 glass dish.
- Spread flat and then make some shallow holes in the top with a spoon.
- Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and worchestershire.
- Pour over the top of loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- You may need to spoon off some of the fat about 15 minutes before the cooking time is over.
