Barbecued Polish Sausage or Kielbasa Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbsPolish sausage or kielbasa, cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces
  2. 2cupscatsup
  3. 1 1/2cups packedbrown sugar
  4. 1/2cup choppedonions
  5. 1/2teaspoonliquid smoke
  6. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium saucepan, put catsup, brown sugar, onion, liquid smoke& garlic powder.
  2. cook for 5 minutes.
  3. put sausage in a casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. pour sauce over meat.
  5. bake at 350 degrees, for 30-40 minutes, or until sausage is completely heated through& barbecue sauce, thickens up.
