Balsamic Beef or Pork Marinade Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbsbeef or pork(chops, steaks, etc.)
  2. 1/2cupolive oil
  3. 1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
  4. 2cloves crushedgarlic
  5. 1teaspoondried oregano
  6. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/4teaspoonpepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place meat in a shallow glass dish.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour over the meat, using about 1/2 cup per lb of meat.
  4. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the meat and place the marinade in a small saucepan.
  6. Boil for about 1 minute and then grill the meat, basting frequently with the marinade.
