Baked Pineapple Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 40ouncespineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1cupbrown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4cupRitz cracker crumbs
- 3tablespoonsbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Place half of pineapple into slow cooker.
- Cover with half of brown sugar and half of cracker crumbs; dot with half of butter.
- Layer remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 2 hours. Serve warm.
