Baileys Macadamia Nut Pie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 3eggs
- 1cupsugar
- 1/2tablespoonsalt
- 1/2cupunsalted butter
- 1cuplight Karo syrup
- 1/2cupBaileys Irish Cream
- 1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2cupsmacadamia nuts(I chop one cup and leave one cup whole)
- 19 inch pie shell
DIRECTIONS
- Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter.
- Blend in Karo and Baileys.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated 300 degree (150 C) oven for one hour or until set in center.
- Cool before slicing.
