Applebee’s Chardonnay Mushrooms Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter(not margarine)
- 1/4teaspoongarlic granulesor garlic powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
- 1lbfresh mushrooms
- 1/4cupChardonnay wine
- 2tablespoonsdried parsley flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Clean and quarter mushrooms.
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic in butter, stirring often, for 4 min or until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off heat and immediately pour Chardonnay onto mushrooms.
- Add parsley and toss to coat.
