INGREDIENTS
- 1cupavocados, mashed
- 1/2cupsour cream
- 2teaspoonslemon juice
- 1/2teaspoononions, grated
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonchili powder
- 3slicesbacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- Mix 1 cup of mashed avocado, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 tsp grated onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt an 1/4 teaspoon chili powder.
- Refrigerate.
- Stir in 3 slices bacon that has been crisp-cooked and crumbled.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 1red onion, diced
- 1green pepper, diced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2tablespoonsoil
- 2tablespoonsgarlic, minced
- 2teaspoonsworcestershire sauce
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce)envelopetaco seasoning
- 1 (16 ounce)jarsalsa con queso, medium
- hamburger buns
- tortilla chips, for serving
- sour cream, if desired
- jalapeno peppers, if desired
- salsa, if desired
- shreddedcheddar cheese, if desired
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, brown oil, onion and green pepper.
- Add ground beef, seasoning with your taste of salt and pepper and brown well.
- Add taco seasoning, garlic and Worcestershire sauce and simmer.
- Add full jar of con queso cheese and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- To serve, place on buns and eat like traditional sloppy joes, served with tortilla chips on the side.
- Or, place tortilla chips on a dish and top with cheesy nacho meat mixture, jalapenos, sour cream and additional shredded cheese or salsa, if desired.
- This may also be used to top baked potato, pasta or french fries for a delicious side dish or meal.
