INGREDIENTS
- 4chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2teaspoonsalt, divided
- 1/2teaspoonfresh ground pepper, divided
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 1/4lbshiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1cupheavy creamor half-and-half
- 1/2cup crumbledgorgonzola, divided
- 1/3cup freshly gratedparmesan cheese
- 1/2lbpenne, cooked according to package directions
- 2tablespoons choppedfresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat.Add chicken and brown 2 minutes per side, until edges are light brown.
- Add mushroom and cook, stirring often until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in cream and cook until mixture is reduced by half, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 cup gorgonzola and parmesan.Simmer, stirring about 1 more minute, until cheeses melt.Stir in remaining salt and pepper.
- Toss hot pasta with sauce then sprinke remaining 1/4 gorgonzola and parsley on top.Warning:This is not a low fat meal, so you should enjoy immensely.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (14 ounce)canpink salmon, in water
- 3tablespoonsgreen onions, sliced(about 3 green onions)
- 1tablespoonred onions, finley minced
- 1tablespoongreen peppers, finely minced
- 1teaspoongarlic, finely minced(about 1 small clove)
- 1/4teaspoonMolly McButter, fat free
- 1 1/2teaspoonslemon pepper
- 1/8teaspoonwhite pepper
- 1/8teaspoonseason salt
- 1/8teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/8teaspoonliquid smoke (optional)
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbutter, softened
- 1tablespoonflour
- 1largeegg
DIRECTIONS
- Quick and Easy!
- Just add all ingredients into a medium size bowl.
- Mix Well.
- Cover and let sit for atleast 10 minutes to let the flavors and seasonings to merge together.
- Form into patties.
- Spray frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray ( even though it does taste better if you put about 2 tablespoons butter in the frying pan let melt).
- Place patties in pan; cook until crispy and dark golden brown on each side; about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, on medium to medium-high heat.
