Frozen Banana Popsicles Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5bananas, just ripe
  2. 10wooden popsicle sticks
  3. 1cuppeanuts, finely chopped
  4. 3cupschocolate syrup, dark hard shell

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel bananas, cut in half and insert popsicle sticks into each half.
  2. Cover each banana in hard chocolate sauce.
  3. Roll each banana in chopped peanuts and freeze for 3 hours.

Apple, Sage, and Berries Stuffing Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbspork sausage, marinaded with sage
  2. 1/3cuponions, diced
  3. 1/3cupbell peppers, diced(green, red, yellow, or orange pepper)
  4. 1/3cupcelery, diced
  5. 1/2cupberries(Welch’s Berry Medley)
  6. 1largeapple, rinsed, peeled, cored, diced(Granny Smith or your favorite)
  7. 1tablespoonflour
  8. 1 (14 ounce)canchicken broth
  9. 1 (6 ounce)boxcornbread stuffing mix

DIRECTIONS

  1. Note: If you can’t find sage marinated pork, buy ground pork, add about 1 tablesp of sage, and mix together well. Let sit overnight, if possible.If not, let it sit for awhile.
  2. Preheat oven to 450.Preheat large saute pan on medium heat, then crumble sausage into pan (wash hands),.
  3. Stir in onions, pepper, celery, and the berry medley.Cook 5-7 minutes, stirring often until browned and vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir flour into sausage mixture and cook 2 minutes, stirring often, until flour is hot and well blended into mixture.
  5. Stir in apple, broth, and stuffing mix until well blended.
  6. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.Add stuffing mixture.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
