Cornstarch Custard Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupsugar
  2. 1/3cupcornstarch
  3. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  4. 4cupsmilk
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1teaspoonvanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in double boiler.
  2. Gradually stir in milk, stir well.
  3. Place the mixture over boiling water stirring constantly for 12 minutes, until it begins to thicken.
  4. Cover and let cook for ten minutes.
  5. Beat 2 eggs with an electric beater.
  6. Stir 1/2 cup of the cooked mixture into the beaten eggs very gradually while continuing to beat mixture with electric mixture.
  7. Repeat 3 times.
  8. Pour egg into cooked mixture.
  9. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. When slightly cooled, stir gently, and add vanilla.

Hit the Spot Baked Apples Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8apples, cored, peeled, sliced
  2. 2teaspoonscinnamon
  3. 1teaspoonapple pie spice
  4. 1/8teaspoonground coriander
  5. 2teaspoonslemon juice
  6. 3tablespoonsbutter
  7. 1cupbrown sugar
  8. 1teaspoonvanilla
  9. 1/4cupraisins
  10. 1/2cupwalnuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Peel, core and slice apples.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients.
  4. Add apples and mix lightly.
  5. Spray the bottom of the pan that you are using.
  6. Spread apple mixture in pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
  8. I checked mine every 15 minutes. They may have baked for 35 minutes.
  9. Let them cool and enjoy by themselves or with ice cream, whip cream, etc — .

Bryan’s Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Cream

  2. 1cup softenedbutter
  3. 1cupsugar
  4. 1cupbrown sugar
  5. Blend

  6. 2eggs
  7. 1teaspoonvanilla
  8. Add

  9. 2 1/2cupsoatmeal, powdered in blender
  10. Sift together then add

  11. 2cupsflour
  12. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  13. 1teaspoonbaking powder
  14. 1teaspoonsalt
  15. Mix in

  16. 12ounceschocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bake 400* for 8 minutes.
  2. Use hands if you need to.
  3. Golf ball pieces of dough 2 inches apart, don’t grease sheet, don’t mash, cookies will not look done, let cool on pan.

Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsflour
  2. 2teaspoonsbaking soda
  3. 2teaspoonssugar
  4. 2cupsbuttermilk
  5. 2eggs, slightly beaten

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Measure the milk and add the eggs to the milk.
  3. Pour wet into dry and mix.
  4. Some lumps okay.
  5. Cook on nonstick griddle.
  6. Flip when bubbles appear.
  7. I use approximately 1/4 cup batter per pancake.

Frozen Banana Popsicles Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5bananas, just ripe
  2. 10wooden popsicle sticks
  3. 1cuppeanuts, finely chopped
  4. 3cupschocolate syrup, dark hard shell

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel bananas, cut in half and insert popsicle sticks into each half.
  2. Cover each banana in hard chocolate sauce.
  3. Roll each banana in chopped peanuts and freeze for 3 hours.
