INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1/3cupcornstarch
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 4cupsmilk
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in double boiler.
- Gradually stir in milk, stir well.
- Place the mixture over boiling water stirring constantly for 12 minutes, until it begins to thicken.
- Cover and let cook for ten minutes.
- Beat 2 eggs with an electric beater.
- Stir 1/2 cup of the cooked mixture into the beaten eggs very gradually while continuing to beat mixture with electric mixture.
- Repeat 3 times.
- Pour egg into cooked mixture.
- Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- When slightly cooled, stir gently, and add vanilla.

INGREDIENTS
- 8apples, cored, peeled, sliced
- 2teaspoonscinnamon
- 1teaspoonapple pie spice
- 1/8teaspoonground coriander
- 2teaspoonslemon juice
- 3tablespoonsbutter
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1/4cupraisins
- 1/2cupwalnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients.
- Add apples and mix lightly.
- Spray the bottom of the pan that you are using.
- Spread apple mixture in pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
- I checked mine every 15 minutes. They may have baked for 35 minutes.
- Let them cool and enjoy by themselves or with ice cream, whip cream, etc — .

INGREDIENTS

Cream
- 1cup softenedbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 1cupbrown sugar

Blend
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla

Add
- 2 1/2cupsoatmeal, powdered in blender

Sift together then add
- 2cupsflour
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonsalt

Mix in
- 12ounceschocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Bake 400* for 8 minutes.
- Use hands if you need to.
- Golf ball pieces of dough 2 inches apart, don’t grease sheet, don’t mash, cookies will not look done, let cool on pan.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 2teaspoonssugar
- 2cupsbuttermilk
- 2eggs, slightly beaten
DIRECTIONS
- Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Measure the milk and add the eggs to the milk.
- Pour wet into dry and mix.
- Some lumps okay.
- Cook on nonstick griddle.
- Flip when bubbles appear.
- I use approximately 1/4 cup batter per pancake.

INGREDIENTS
- 5bananas, just ripe
- 10wooden popsicle sticks
- 1cuppeanuts, finely chopped
- 3cupschocolate syrup, dark hard shell
DIRECTIONS
- Peel bananas, cut in half and insert popsicle sticks into each half.
- Cover each banana in hard chocolate sauce.
- Roll each banana in chopped peanuts and freeze for 3 hours.
