INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4cupswarm water
- 1 1/2tablespoonspowdered milk
- 1/3cuphoney
- 3tablespoonsmargarine, softened
- 2tablespoonswhite sugar
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
- 3cupswhole wheat flour
- 1/4cupcornmeal
- 2 1/2teaspoonsactive dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the pan of the bread maker in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Press Start.

INGREDIENTS
- 1mediumspaghetti squash
- 1/2cuponions, chopped
- 2cupssalsa
- 1 (15 ounce)canblack beans, rinsed and drained
- 3tablespoonscilantro, minced
- 1mediumavocado, ripe, peeled and cubed
DIRECTIONS
- Cut squash in half lengthwise; discard seeds. Place squash cut side down on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees about 35 mintues, until tender.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet coated with nonstick spray, cook onion until tenter. Stir in salsa, beans and cilantro; heat through. Gently stir in avocado; cook 1 more minute.
- Separate squash strands with fork and scoop out.
- Serve squash strands topped with salsa mixture.
