INGREDIENTS
- 1largebanana
- 1/2cuplow-fat soy milk
- 1 (4 ounce)cancrushed pineapple in juice(undrained)
- 1/2cuppineapple passion sorbet
- 1tablespoonpowdered soy protein concentrate
DIRECTIONS
- Mix in blender and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncesrefrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 6tablespoonsgarlic & herb spreadable cheese
- 6slices cookeddeli ham
- 24-30fresh spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
- Spread rectangles with cheese to within 1/4 inch of the edges.
- Top with ham and spinach.
- Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal.
- Cut each roll into 6 slices.
- Place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
