Impress Them! Shrimp With Grape Tomatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbraw shrimpor cooked shrimp
  2. 3/4cupgrape tomatoes, halved
  3. 3garlic cloves, crushed
  4. 1green onion, sliced small
  5. 1teaspoonbasil
  6. 1teaspoonoregano
  7. salt, to taste
  8. 1tablespoonolive oil
  9. 1tablespoonbutter
  10. 1red chili pepper, chopped or red chili pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in medium-large skillet.
  2. Add garlic, onion and chili.
  3. Saute for less than a minute.
  4. Add shrimp, seasonings.
  5. Cut up butter and dot it throughout the skillet.
  6. Add grape tomatoes, stirring to evenly distribute.
  7. Cook, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes. Or, until raw shrimp turns pink.
  8. Serve hot over couscous, or your grain of choice.

Yucca Fries – Guy Fieri Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3cupscanola oil
  2. 1tablespoonfine sea salt
  3. 1teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 1teaspoonpaprika
  5. 1teaspooncayenne pepper
  6. 2lbs freshyucca root
  7. 1lime, zest of

DIRECTIONS

  1. In medium Dutch oven heat oil to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place all spices in mixing bowl, and combine thoroughly.
  3. Peel yucca tubes with heavy-duty vegetable peeler until bark is completely removed. Cut yucca into strips: 1/4-inch wide, 4 inches long. Add yucca into oil and fry until golden brown. With a slotted spoon remove the yucca from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  4. Season hot yucca fries with spice mixture and lime zest and serve on a warm paper-towel-lined platter.
