INGREDIENTS
- 6cups coldmilk
- 1 (3 ounce)boxJell-O chocolate pudding and pie filling(4-serving size box)
- 6tablespoonsCool Whip (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Pour milk into a medium saucepan. Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute.
- Bring to a simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently with wire whisk.
- Pour evenly into 6 mugs, top with whipped topping.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)packagewhole wheat pita bread
- 1/2cupfresh parsley, chopped
- 2egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 3garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2teaspoonkosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Lightly coat 2 or 3 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut each pita into 4 wedges, then gently cut or pull each wedge apart, to form a total of 64 triangles.
- Combine parsley, egg white, olive oil, garlic and salt in small bowl.
- Spoon some of the parsley mixture over rough side of each triangle.
- Place triangles, parsley side up, in single layer on baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges of triangles are toasted and parsley topping is set.
- Cool chips on baking sheets on wire racks.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 1/2cupsbrown sugar, packed
- 2teaspoonsground cinnamon
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2cupsapplesauce
- 1cupmilk
- 2/3cupbutter, melted
- 2teaspoonslemon juice
- 1cupgolden raisins
DIRECTIONS
- In a 9″ x 13″ ungreased rectangular cake pan, stir together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
- Add the applesauce, milk, melted butter and lemon juice all at once.
- Beat with a fork until well combined.
- Stir in the raisins.
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool.
- Dust with icing sugar, if desired, and cut into squares.

- 1cupflax seed meal
- 1/2cupground pecans
- 5teaspoonsbaking soda

- 5teaspoonssalt
- 1/2cupsugar
- 8eggs
- 8cupsbuttermilk
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1/4cupflax seed oil
- 4teaspoonsvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- grind oats.
- grind pecans.
- sift together all dry ingredients.
- beat eggs, buttermilk and vanilla then add melted butter & oil.
- gradually add dry ingredients to just moistened.
- let mixture set for 15 minutes.
- bake in waffle iron.

INGREDIENTS
- 2ounceslow-fat cheddar cheese, shredded(at room temperature)
- 2ounceslight cream cheese
- 4dropsred pepper sauce
- 1 1/2cupsdried fruit(your choice such as apple, pineapple, apricots, etc)
- 1/2cupfresh parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Chop/dice dried fruit to small uniform pieces.
- Beat together cheddar cheese, cream cheese and red-pepper seasoning in small bowl until blended, about 1 minute.
- Stir in dried fruits with wooden spoon.
- Using 1 level measuring tablespoon, form mixture into balls, rolling between palms of your hands.
- Roll balls in chopped parsley.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, anything you’d like or just pop them into your mouth one by one!
- The snacks can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks in an air-tight container.
