INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)cancondensed French onion soup
- 1 (8 ounce)cancondensed cream of potato soup
- 2whole largeonions
- 1teaspoonpaprika
- 2 (8 ounce)canswhole milk
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1/8cupbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except onions and Butter into pot. (Place on low heat)for approx 25 minute.
- Cut onions into 1/8 inch strips.
- Sautee onions in Butter ontil golden brown.
- Mix Onions and left over melted butter into pot with soup.
- Top with Paprika, Salt and Pepper to task.
- Bacon bits are a great addtion.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (8 ounce)canstuna in water(Drained)
- 1 (6 ounce)packageramen noodles(Less the Seasoning)
- 1smallonion, finely chopped
- 3mediumjalapenos, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1cupFritos chili cheese corn chips(Crushed)
- 1/3cupmayonnaise(Sounds alot but it really isn’t)
- 3tablespoons of thejalapeno juice
DIRECTIONS
- In Sauce pan fix the noodles according to the package directions. DO NOT ADD THE SEASONING POUCH.
- Crush the Fritos in a zip lock bag (Chili Cheese or BBQ Only).
- Chop the Onion finely or to the thickness of your liking.
- Chop the Jalopenos finely.
- Open the tuna and drain and put in large mixing bowl.
- Add Mayo, Onion, Jalopenos, Fritos, and the Jalopeno Juice.
- When the Noodles are done add them.
- Mix well and put on your favorite bread.
- Enjoy.
- For Diabetics: Use Nature’s Own White Wheat Bread it only has 17g of Carbs for 2 slices of bread.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (26 ounce)jarpasta sauce
- 2 (20 ounce)bags refrigerated largecheese ravioli
- 1 (10 ounce)packagefrozen spinach, thawed and drained with excess water squeezed out
- 1 (8 ounce)bag shreddedmozzarella cheese(I used more)
- 1 (6 ounce)can slicedolives
- 1/2cup gratedparmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spoon a thin layer of sauce over bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cover with a single layer of ravioli.
- Top with half the spinach, half the olives, half the mozzarella, and a third of the sauce.
- Repeat with another layer of ravioli, the remaining spinach, olives and mozzarella, and half the remaining sauce.
- Top with a final layer of ravioli and the remaining sauce (not all of the ravioli may be needed).
- Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. I also topped it with more mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. (I baked 45 minutes to compensate for the frozen ravioli).
- Uncover and bake until bubbly, 5 to 10 minutes longer.

INGREDIENTS
- 1egg, lightly whisked
- 1teaspoonwater
- 1cupbreadcrumbs
- 1tablespoonoil
- 1lb peeledpotatoes, cooked and mashed
- 2tablespoonspowdered milk
- 1/4teaspoonnutmeg
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 2 choppedgarlic cloves
- 5shallots
- 1stalk slicedcelery
- 1/2lbcooked ground beef, drained
- 1 dicedcarrot
- 100mlwater
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper(to taste)
- 1/2teaspoonnutmeg
- 1/2teaspoonsugar
- 1tablespoonsweet soy sauce
- 2teaspoonscornstarch, mixed with
- 1teaspoonwater
DIRECTIONS
- Fillng: Stir-fry garlic and shallots with a little butter or margarine.
- Stir in meat, carrot and celery.
- Then add water and the rest of the spices.
- Mix in cornstarch and stir until mixture thickens.
- Add a little bit of the above mixture to the center of1-2 tablespoons of mashed potato.
- Cover the mixture and shape into a round ball.
- Roll the finished ball into lightly whisked egg mixture and then roll onto the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil until lightly browned.
- This recipe can be easily doubled.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 ounce)cartoncottage cheese
- 8ouncessour cream
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 1 1/2tablespoonshidden valley ranch dressing mix(dry mix)
- 2 (4 ounce)cansmedium shrimp, drained and rinsed
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together all of the ingredients except the shrimp.
- Carefully fold in the shrimp so it doesn’t break up.
- Serve with potato chips or cut vegetables.
