Potato Onion Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (8 ounce)cancondensed French onion soup
  2. 1 (8 ounce)cancondensed cream of potato soup
  3. 2whole largeonions
  4. 1teaspoonpaprika
  5. 2 (8 ounce)canswhole milk
  6. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/4teaspoonpepper
  8. 1/8cupbutter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients except onions and Butter into pot. (Place on low heat)for approx 25 minute.
  2. Cut onions into 1/8 inch strips.
  3. Sautee onions in Butter ontil golden brown.
  4. Mix Onions and left over melted butter into pot with soup.
  5. Top with Paprika, Salt and Pepper to task.
  6. Bacon bits are a great addtion.

Tuna Surprise Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (8 ounce)canstuna in water(Drained)
  2. 1 (6 ounce)packageramen noodles(Less the Seasoning)
  3. 1smallonion, finely chopped
  4. 3mediumjalapenos, finely chopped
  5. salt and pepper
  6. 1cupFritos chili cheese corn chips(Crushed)
  7. 1/3cupmayonnaise(Sounds alot but it really isn’t)
  8. 3tablespoons of thejalapeno juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In Sauce pan fix the noodles according to the package directions. DO NOT ADD THE SEASONING POUCH.
  2. Crush the Fritos in a zip lock bag (Chili Cheese or BBQ Only).
  3. Chop the Onion finely or to the thickness of your liking.
  4. Chop the Jalopenos finely.
  5. Open the tuna and drain and put in large mixing bowl.
  6. Add Mayo, Onion, Jalopenos, Fritos, and the Jalopeno Juice.
  7. When the Noodles are done add them.
  8. Mix well and put on your favorite bread.
  9. Enjoy.
  10. For Diabetics: Use Nature’s Own White Wheat Bread it only has 17g of Carbs for 2 slices of bread.

Last Minute Lasagna Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (26 ounce)jarpasta sauce
  2. 2 (20 ounce)bags refrigerated largecheese ravioli
  3. 1 (10 ounce)packagefrozen spinach, thawed and drained with excess water squeezed out
  4. 1 (8 ounce)bag shreddedmozzarella cheese(I used more)
  5. 1 (6 ounce)can slicedolives
  6. 1/2cup gratedparmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spoon a thin layer of sauce over bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Cover with a single layer of ravioli.
  4. Top with half the spinach, half the olives, half the mozzarella, and a third of the sauce.
  5. Repeat with another layer of ravioli, the remaining spinach, olives and mozzarella, and half the remaining sauce.
  6. Top with a final layer of ravioli and the remaining sauce (not all of the ravioli may be needed).
  7. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. I also topped it with more mozzarella.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. (I baked 45 minutes to compensate for the frozen ravioli).
  9. Uncover and bake until bubbly, 5 to 10 minutes longer.

Indonesian Potato Croquettes- (Kroket Kentang) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1egg, lightly whisked
  2. 1teaspoonwater
  3. 1cupbreadcrumbs
  4. 1tablespoonoil
  5. 1lb peeledpotatoes, cooked and mashed
  6. 2tablespoonspowdered milk
  7. 1/4teaspoonnutmeg
  8. 1teaspoonsalt
  9. 2 choppedgarlic cloves
  10. 5shallots
  11. 1stalk slicedcelery
  12. 1/2lbcooked ground beef, drained
  13. 1 dicedcarrot
  14. 100mlwater
  15. 1teaspoonsalt
  16. 1/4teaspoonpepper(to taste)
  17. 1/2teaspoonnutmeg
  18. 1/2teaspoonsugar
  19. 1tablespoonsweet soy sauce
  20. 2teaspoonscornstarch, mixed with
  21. 1teaspoonwater

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fillng: Stir-fry garlic and shallots with a little butter or margarine.
  2. Stir in meat, carrot and celery.
  3. Then add water and the rest of the spices.
  4. Mix in cornstarch and stir until mixture thickens.
  5. Add a little bit of the above mixture to the center of1-2 tablespoons of mashed potato.
  6. Cover the mixture and shape into a round ball.
  7. Roll the finished ball into lightly whisked egg mixture and then roll onto the bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry in hot oil until lightly browned.
  9. This recipe can be easily doubled.

Shrimp Chip and Vegetable Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (16 ounce)cartoncottage cheese
  2. 8ouncessour cream
  3. 1cupmayonnaise
  4. 1 1/2tablespoonshidden valley ranch dressing mix(dry mix)
  5. 2 (4 ounce)cansmedium shrimp, drained and rinsed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the shrimp.
  2. Carefully fold in the shrimp so it doesn’t break up.
  3. Serve with potato chips or cut vegetables.
