INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 ounce)candiced tomatoes with juice
- 1 (16 ounce)cantomato sauce
- 4cupswater
- 1lb mediumcooked shrimp, shelled and deveined, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2teaspoonsseafood soup base
- 1red bell pepper, chopped
- 1banana pepper, chopped
- 1smallonion, chopped
- 1/4cupfresh cilantro leaves, stems removed
- 1teaspoon turkishoregano
- 1/2teaspoonground cumin
- 1cupsour cream
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 2cupscooked rice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the canned tomatoes, along with their juice, tomato sauce and water into a soup pot, bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- Add seafood base.
- Remove the cores and seeds from the peppers and chop them and the onion.
- Place in a blender or food processor with the cilantro, oregano and cumin.
- Pulse until finely pureed.
- Add to the soup, stir to blend, then taste.
- Add the cooked shrimp to the soup, warm 5-10 minutes on low.
- Whisk in sour cream and sugar.
- To serve, place a spoonful of cooked rice in each bowl and top with hot soup. If the rice was refrigerated, let it come to room temperature while the soup is cooking.

- 1tablespoonbrewer’s yeast (optional)
- 1/2teaspoonwheat germ (optional)
- fresh fruit (optional)
- 1-2tablespoonyogurt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients in a blender or a container with a tight fitting lid.
- Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 1/2cupegg substitute
- 50gcanned mushroom slices
- 25gonions
- Pam cooking spray(1 spray)
DIRECTIONS
- stir all ingredients together.
- spray skillet with 1 spray of Pam.
- heat slowly until egg is cooked.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cupcocoa powder
- 1 1/2teaspoonsolive oil
- plain yogurtor heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients using just enough yogurt or cream to make a soft paste.
- Apply to freshly cleansed face and throat.
- Kick back and relax for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a clean soft towel.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cuporange juice
- 1/2cupplain low-fat yogurt
- 1 ripebanana
- 1/3cupfrozen peaches
- 1/3cupfrozen strawberries
- 1/4cupfrozen raspberries
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 8ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend the heck out of it. If the blender can’t handle ice, then crush the ice before blending.
- Drink.
- YUMMY!
