Shrimp Salsa Bisque Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (16 ounce)candiced tomatoes with juice
  2. 1 (16 ounce)cantomato sauce
  3. 4cupswater
  4. 1lb mediumcooked shrimp, shelled and deveined, cut into bite-sized chunks
  5. 2teaspoonsseafood soup base
  6. 1red bell pepper, chopped
  7. 1banana pepper, chopped
  8. 1smallonion, chopped
  9. 1/4cupfresh cilantro leaves, stems removed
  10. 1teaspoon turkishoregano
  11. 1/2teaspoonground cumin
  12. 1cupsour cream
  13. 1tablespoonsugar
  14. 2cupscooked rice (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour the canned tomatoes, along with their juice, tomato sauce and water into a soup pot, bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add seafood base.
  3. Remove the cores and seeds from the peppers and chop them and the onion.
  4. Place in a blender or food processor with the cilantro, oregano and cumin.
  5. Pulse until finely pureed.
  6. Add to the soup, stir to blend, then taste.
  7. Add the cooked shrimp to the soup, warm 5-10 minutes on low.
  8. Whisk in sour cream and sugar.
  9. To serve, place a spoonful of cooked rice in each bowl and top with hot soup. If the rice was refrigerated, let it come to room temperature while the soup is cooking.

Calci-Yum Protein Drink Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2tablespoonsnon-fat powdered milk
  2. 1cuporange juiceor grape juiceor fruit juice, your favorite
  3. Add Ins

  4. 1tablespoonbrewer’s yeast (optional)
  5. 1/2teaspoonwheat germ (optional)
  6. fresh fruit (optional)
  7. 1-2tablespoonyogurt (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or a container with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Veggie Omelett Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupegg substitute
  2. 50gcanned mushroom slices
  3. 25gonions
  4. Pam cooking spray(1 spray)

DIRECTIONS

  1. stir all ingredients together.
  2. spray skillet with 1 spray of Pam.
  3. heat slowly until egg is cooked.

Chocolate Bliss Moisture Mask Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/4cupcocoa powder
  2. 1 1/2teaspoonsolive oil
  3. plain yogurtor heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients using just enough yogurt or cream to make a soft paste.
  2. Apply to freshly cleansed face and throat.
  3. Kick back and relax for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a clean soft towel.

Vanilla Fruit Smoothies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cuporange juice
  2. 1/2cupplain low-fat yogurt
  3. 1 ripebanana
  4. 1/3cupfrozen peaches
  5. 1/3cupfrozen strawberries
  6. 1/4cupfrozen raspberries
  7. 1teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 8ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend the heck out of it. If the blender can’t handle ice, then crush the ice before blending.
  2. Drink.
  3. YUMMY!
