INGREDIENTS
- 500glamb, minced
- 500gbeef mince
- 1cupred wine
- 450mlspaghetti sauce
- 2garlic cloves
- 2red onions
- fresh cracked pepper
- 1tablespoonsoy sauce
- 1tablespoonbasil pesto
- 1teaspoondried thyme
- 1tablespoonbrown sugar
- 1pinchspices, mixed
- 4slicesbacon
- 2tablespoonscream cheese
- 2tablespoonsolive oil
- 1tablespoonbutter
- 1tablespoonpesto sauce
DIRECTIONS
- add oil to large pot slice onion fry until caramelized.
- Add thyme,garlic, mixed spices.
- chop up bacon into cubes add to pot cook until browned.
- add red wine boil for a few minutes.
- Add mince, fry off minces until brown then add spagetti sauce ( I use the sauce that has red wine and mushrooms). Cook for 15 minutes stiring occationally then add pesto, brown sugar and soya sauce.
- turn down to low cook for a further 15 minutes
- before serving add creme cheese
- cook your favorite pasta and stir in butter and pesto
- serve with a small amount of sour creme on top (optional).

INGREDIENTS
- 1cuplong grain white rice
- 4spring onions(scallions)
- 100gham
- 1red capsicum(red bell pepper)
- 1carrot
- 2 (125 g)canned corn kernels
- 440gpineapple chunks in juice
- 2tablespoonssoy sauce
- 1tablespoonhoney
DIRECTIONS
- Cook rice in a large pan of boiling salted water until just tender (about 12-15 minutes or as per manufacturers instructions).Rinse under cold water.
- While rice is cooking -.
- Finely slice spring onions (scallions), finely chop ham, finely chop red capsicum (bell pepper).
- Drain corn kernels and rinse and drain.Drain pineapple (reserve juice for another use).
- Combine cooked rice, spring onions, ham, capsicum, carrot, corn and pineapple in a large bowl.
- Combine soy sauce and honey in a small bowl, whisk until blended.
- Pour sauce mixture over salad until well combined.

INGREDIENTS
- 8manicotti, cooked, drained
- 1 (15 ounce)packagefat-free ricotta cheese
- 1cup gratedparmesan cheese
- 2eggs
- 1/2cupparsley, finely chopped
- 2garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1smallonion, finely chopped
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 2 (15 ounce)cansdiced tomatoes
- 1/2teaspoonsugar
- 1/2teaspoondried basil
- 1/2teaspoonoregano
- 1bay leaf
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook and drain manicotti shells.
- Make tomato sauce with last 10 ingredients.First, saute garlic and onion in large skillet 2-3 minutes.Then add tomatoes and other ingredients-bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes.Remove bay leaf.
- Mix ricotta, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, eggs, 1/4 cup parsley, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper.
- Stuff shells with mixture and arrange in baking dish.
- Spoon tomato sauce over shells.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, covered in tinfoil.
- Add 1/4 Celsius parmesan cheese and parsley.Remove tinfoil and cook for five minutes more.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2lbground beef
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 2tablespoonstomato paste
- 2cupswater
- 1/2cupnatural-style peanut butter
- 3/4teaspoonsalt
- 1bouillon cube
- 1tablespoonchili powder
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium pot, brown ground beef until cooked through.
- Add onion, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil and boil, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Add peanut butter and boil, uncovered, 5 minutes more. Stir often.
- Add salt, bouillon cube and chili powder. Mix well. Let boil about 5 minutes longer without stirring.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 huglimushroom stock cubes
- 1/2cupboiling water
- 2tablespoons chinesebrown bean sauceor dark soy sauceor chickpeamiso
- 1tablespoonsucanator brown sugar
- 1teaspooncornstarch
- 1teaspooncold water
DIRECTIONS
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water.
- Dissolve the broth cube in the boiling water.
- Mix with the sauce and the sugar in small saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Add the dissolved corn starch and stir until it thickens.
- Cool and store in covered jar.
