INGREDIENTS
- 2 (5 ounce)canschickens(well drained)
- 2 (8 ounce)packagescream cheese, softened
- 1cuppeppercorn ranch dressing(not low-fat)
- 1-2teaspoonfresh garlic
- 1/4cup finely choppedonions
- 1/4cuphot sauce(or use more as desired)
- 2cups gratedcheddar cheese(or to taste)
- choppedgreen onions
- corn chips(any amount desired)
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl shred or coarsly chop the chicken.
- In a large bowl mix together softened cream cheese with ranch dressing, garlic, onion and hot sauce until well combined.
- Add in the chicken; mix lightly to combine.
- Season with salt or seasoned salt if desired, adjusted the hot sauce to taste.
- Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove from oven and top with grated cheddar cheese; return to oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve hot or warm with corn chips.
- Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupwhole wheat flour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 1pinchsalt
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1pinchcloves
- 1/4pinchnutmeg
- 1cupwhole milk
- 1egg
- 2teaspoonsoil
- 1/4cupapplesauce(make it a little shy of a full quarter cup)
DIRECTIONS
- The wheat germ I use is 70% germ, 30% bran.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Fold wet into dry. Very important to mix gently.
- Let sit while your pan gets hot.
- Cook per usual.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbdried black beans
- 1ham hock
- 1smallonion
- 2wholecloves
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 1tablespoonparsley, chopped
- 1bay leaf
- 1/2teaspoonthyme
- 1cupwater
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 1/4cuprum
- 1/2teaspoonTabasco sauce
- sour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Place beans in slow cooker and add next 7 ingredients.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove ham and bay leaf. Cut meat off the bone; return to pot.
- In a bowl, combine flour, rum and Tabasco sauce. Stir into beans and blend well.
- Serve with sour cream.

INGREDIENTS

- 7eggs
- 1teaspooncream of tartar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1cupsugar
- 3teaspoonsinstant coffee
- 1/3cupwater
- 1cupall-purpose flour(lightly spooned into measuring cup and leveled off)
- 2ounces gratedsemisweet chocolate
- 2teaspoonsvanilla

Frosting
- 2cupswhipping cream
- 1/3cuppowdered sugar
- 2ounces gratedsemisweet chocolate
- 2teaspoonsinstant coffee
DIRECTIONS
- Making the cake:.
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Separate egg yolk from white.Put egg white in a large bowl, egg yolk in a small bowl.
- In the large bowl, beat egg white, cream of tartar, and salt until soft peaks form.Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar - beat till stiff peaks form.Set aside.
- In the small bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; gradually add remaining 1/2 cup sugar, then beat again.
- Dissolve 3 teaspoons instant coffee in 1/2 cup water.Blend coffee mixture, flour, 2 oz. grated chocolate & 2 teaspoons vanilla into egg yolk mixture. Beat 1 minute at low speed until blended.
- Fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture.
- Pour into ungreased 10 inch tube pan. Bake 325 deg. for 60 minutes.Cool.
- Making the frosting:.
- In a large bowl, beat whipping cream until slightly thickened.
- Set aside 3 teaspoons grated chocolate.
- Add remaining chocolate, coffee, and powdered sugar to whipping cream.Beat until firm peaks form but DO NOT OVERBEAT.
- Once cake has cooled, use a spatula to apply frosting.Sprinkle remaining 3 teaspoons grated chocolate on top for garnish.

- 1 (25 ounce)bag frozenmeat ravioli, thawed
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce)jarsliced mushrooms, drained
- 1mediumzucchini, cut into 1/8 in. slices(about 1 cup)
- 1 (26 ounce)jarroasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce
- 1cup shreddedswiss cheese(4 oz.)
- 1/4teaspoonitalian seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Spoon into ungreased 8 inch-square (2-quart)glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
