INGREDIENTS

1. 1/2lbcrabmeator imitation crabmeat
2. 1/2cupfine breadcrumbs
3. 1/4cupgreen peppers, finely chopped
4. 1/8teaspoonred pepper flakes
5. 1teaspoonseafood seasoning, I use Old Bay
6. 2eggs or1/2 cupegg substitute
7. 1tablespooncanola oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Chop crab coarsely.
2. Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
3. Heat oil in non-stick pan and fry patties approximately 4 minutes on each side on medium to medium high heat.

9. 3/4cupbarley
10. salt(to taste)

12. 1teaspoonitalian seasoning
13. 1/4-1/2teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

1. Saute celery, garlic and onion in butter in a large pan (I use a 5-qt dutch oven).
2. Add water or stock and lentils.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes, barley, carrots and seasonings.
5. Simmer for 45-60 minutes, till barley and lentils are tender, adding more stock if necessary.

2. 1tablespoonsugar
3. 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
4. 1teaspoonbaking soda
5. 1/2teaspoonpepper
6. 2eggs
7. 1cuptomato juice
8. 3/4cupricotta cheese
9. 1/2cupfeta cheese, crumbled
10. 1/2cupsun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, blotted and chopped
11. 1/4cupoil
12. 1/4cupfresh oregano or1 tablespoondried oregano
13. 2tablespoonsfresh basil or3/4 teaspoondried basil

DIRECTIONS

1. Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and pepper in a large bowl. Stir make well in centre.
2. Combine eggs tomato juice, ricotta cheese, crumbled feta, sun dried tomatoes oil, basil and oregano in a meduim bowl whisk,.
3. Add to well.Stir until just moistened.
4. Spread in greased 9×5x3 in loaf pan.
5. Brush with reserved oil from sun-dried tomatoes.
6. Bake in 350 oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool.

INGREDIENTS

1. 8ouncesimitation crabmeat
2. 1/2cup shreddedmonterey jack cheeseor cheddar cheese
3. 1 (4 ounce)candiced green chilies
4. 1/4cupchopped tomatoes
5. 2tablespoons choppedgreen bell peppers
6. 4 (8 inch)tortillas

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas.
3. Spray one side of tortilla with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Spoon 1/4 mixture onto unsprayed side and fold in half.
5. Place on baking sheet.
6. Bake uncovered 10 minutes, turn and bake additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
