INGREDIENTS
- 1 (6 ounce)can solidtuna in water, drained
- 1/4cupMiracle Whipor mayonnaise
- 1/2teaspoondried parsley
- 1/4teaspoondried dill weed
- 1/4teaspoonground mustard
- 1/8teaspoonwhite pepper
- 1/8teaspoongarlic salt
- 1/4teaspooncelery seeds
- 1/4teaspoononion powder
DIRECTIONS
- Put the spices, salad dressing, and tuna in a bowl.
- Mix well with a fork.

INGREDIENTS
- 4cupsbutter
- 4cupspowdered sugar
- 1 1/2cupsgranulated sugar
- 4eggs
- 10cupsflour
- 1 1/4tablespoonsbaking soda
- 1 1/4tablespoonscream of tartar
- 2tablespoonsvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter, sugars and eggs until fluffy and mixed well.
- Add flour, soda cream of tarter and vanilla; blending thoroughly.
- Roll out onto lightly floured surface to ¼- ½ inch thickness.
- Cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 min at 325*.

INGREDIENTS
- 2largechicken breasts(totaling approximately 2 lbs)
- 4largered potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch pieces(approximately 1 cup)
- 1cupfrozen corn
- 1cup dicedyellow onions
- 1 (28 ounce)canenchilada sauce
- 1/2cupchicken stock
- 1/4cupcarrots, diced into 1/2 inch pieces

Garnish (per serving)
- 2tablespoons shreddedmonterey jack pepper cheese
- 1/2 slicedcorn tortilla
DIRECTIONS
- Put everything except the garnish items into the crock pot on high for approximately 5 hours, or low for approximately 9 hours.
- Make sure all items are covered with liquid if they are not add a little more chicken stock.
- Shred chicken using two forks after cooking time is up stir the chicken into the soup.
- Spoon soup into bowls, add garnishes and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 4pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4cupcooking oil
- 1/4cupcider vinegar
- 2garlic cloves, minced
- 1teaspoondried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Place chops in a shallow baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare marinade by adding all the other ingredients.
- Poor the marinade over the chops, turning the chops to coat well.Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight, turning several times.
- Drain the chops, reserving the marinade.Pat excess moisture from the chops with paper towels.
- Grill on an uncovered grill, over medium heat for 5 minutes.Turn and brush the chops with the reserved marinade (and discard).Grill 5-7 minutes longer until meat is no longer pink.
