Yummy Tuna Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (6 ounce)can solidtuna in water, drained
  2. 1/4cupMiracle Whipor mayonnaise
  3. 1/2teaspoondried parsley
  4. 1/4teaspoondried dill weed
  5. 1/4teaspoonground mustard
  6. 1/8teaspoonwhite pepper
  7. 1/8teaspoongarlic salt
  8. 1/4teaspooncelery seeds
  9. 1/4teaspoononion powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put the spices, salad dressing, and tuna in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with a fork.

Ila’s Delightful Sugar Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4cupsbutter
  2. 4cupspowdered sugar
  3. 1 1/2cupsgranulated sugar
  4. 4eggs
  5. 10cupsflour
  6. 1 1/4tablespoonsbaking soda
  7. 1 1/4tablespoonscream of tartar
  8. 2tablespoonsvanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream butter, sugars and eggs until fluffy and mixed well.
  2. Add flour, soda cream of tarter and vanilla; blending thoroughly.
  3. Roll out onto lightly floured surface to ¼- ½ inch thickness.
  4. Cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  5. Bake for 12-15 min at 325*.

Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2largechicken breasts(totaling approximately 2 lbs)
  2. 4largered potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch pieces(approximately 1 cup)
  3. 1cupfrozen corn
  4. 1cup dicedyellow onions
  5. 1 (28 ounce)canenchilada sauce
  6. 1/2cupchicken stock
  7. 1/4cupcarrots, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
  8. Garnish (per serving)

  9. 2tablespoons shreddedmonterey jack pepper cheese
  10. 1/2 slicedcorn tortilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put everything except the garnish items into the crock pot on high for approximately 5 hours, or low for approximately 9 hours.
  2. Make sure all items are covered with liquid if they are not add a little more chicken stock.
  3. Shred chicken using two forks after cooking time is up stir the chicken into the soup.
  4. Spoon soup into bowls, add garnishes and serve.

Grilled Tangy Pork Chops Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  2. 1/4cupcooking oil
  3. 1/4cupcider vinegar
  4. 2garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1teaspoondried rosemary, crushed
  6. 1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place chops in a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, prepare marinade by adding all the other ingredients.
  3. Poor the marinade over the chops, turning the chops to coat well.Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight, turning several times.
  4. Drain the chops, reserving the marinade.Pat excess moisture from the chops with paper towels.
  5. Grill on an uncovered grill, over medium heat for 5 minutes.Turn and brush the chops with the reserved marinade (and discard).Grill 5-7 minutes longer until meat is no longer pink.
