Heavenly Ham and Potato Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5lbsred potatoes, quartered
  2. 1 (16 ounce)containersour cream
  3. 1/2cupmilk
  4. 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cancondensed cream of chicken soup
  5. 2cups shreddedcheddar cheese
  6. 1/4cup choppedgreen onions
  7. 2cups cooked choppedham
  8. salt and pepper
  9. 1 1/2cups parmesan cheeseseasoned bread crumbs
  10. 1/4cup meltedbutter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place potatoes in a large pot of water, and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil until slightly tender, about 12 minutes.
  5. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
  6. Mix sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, green onions, ham, salt and pepper with the potatoes.
  7. Spread mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, and drizzle with butter.
  8. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven.

Grilled Chicken With Sesame Ginger Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Marinade

  2. 1/4cupsoy sauce
  3. 2tablespoonslemon juice
  4. 1tablespooncanola oil
  5. 1garlic clove, minced
  6. 1jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  7. 2teaspoonsfresh ginger, minced
  8. 1/2teaspoonground cumin
  9. 6boneless skinless chicken breasts
  10. Sesame Ginger Sauce

  11. 1teaspooncanola oil
  12. 1/2cupfresh ginger, minced
  13. 2teaspoonssugar
  14. 1/3cupwater
  15. 1/4cupsoy sauce
  16. 1/4cuprice vinegar
  17. 1tablespoonsesame oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. To make marinade:Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, garlic, jalapeno, ginger and cumin in a plastic zipper bag.
  2. Add chicken and seal bag.
  3. Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  4. To make Sesame Ginger Sauce: Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add ginger and sugar and a small amount of the water.
  6. Cook until softened.
  7. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Prior to serving, strain sauce (to remove minced ginger) and reheat.
  10. Remove chicken from marinade and grill until no longer pink in center, about 5 min per side.
  11. Thinly slice chicken and top with 1 tablespoon Sesame Ginger Sauce.

Hot Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8ouncescream cheese
  2. 1/2lbground beef, browned
  3. 1/2cupsalsa(or more)
  4. 1cup shreddedcheese(or more)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Layer browned ground beef onto the cream cheese.
  3. Pour salsa on to the ground beef.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Chinese Chop Suey Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2lbbeefor porkor chickens, cut into small pieces
  2. 1/4cupoil
  3. 1teaspoonsalt
  4. 1tablespoonsoya sauce
  5. 1minced garlic clove
  6. 1cuponions, chopped
  7. 1cupcelery, chopped
  8. 1 (10 ounce)canmushrooms, drained, saving liquid
  9. 1 (14 ounce)canbean sprouts, drained
  10. 1tablespooncornstarch
  11. Chinese noodles (optional)
  12. cooked rice (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in fry pan.Add the meat, salt, soya sauce, and garlic; brown quickly and remove from pan.
  2. To the pan add onion, celery, mushrooms, and bean sprouts and fry a few minutes.Add meat.
  3. Mix cornstarch with mushroom liquid and add to pan.Heat until hot and thickened.
  4. Chinese noodles may be added before serving.
  5. Service with rice.NOTE:Leftover meats may be used in this recipe.Serves 4.
