INGREDIENTS
- 5lbsred potatoes, quartered
- 1 (16 ounce)containersour cream
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cancondensed cream of chicken soup
- 2cups shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1/4cup choppedgreen onions
- 2cups cooked choppedham
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2cups parmesan cheeseseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4cup meltedbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place potatoes in a large pot of water, and bring to a boil.
- Boil until slightly tender, about 12 minutes.
- Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
- Mix sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, green onions, ham, salt and pepper with the potatoes.
- Spread mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, and drizzle with butter.
- Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven.

INGREDIENTS

Marinade
- 1/4cupsoy sauce
- 2tablespoonslemon juice
- 1tablespooncanola oil
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 1jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2teaspoonsfresh ginger, minced
- 1/2teaspoonground cumin
- 6boneless skinless chicken breasts

Sesame Ginger Sauce
- 1teaspooncanola oil
- 1/2cupfresh ginger, minced
- 2teaspoonssugar
- 1/3cupwater
- 1/4cupsoy sauce
- 1/4cuprice vinegar
- 1tablespoonsesame oil
DIRECTIONS
- To make marinade:Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, garlic, jalapeno, ginger and cumin in a plastic zipper bag.
- Add chicken and seal bag.
- Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- To make Sesame Ginger Sauce: Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and sugar and a small amount of the water.
- Cook until softened.
- Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- Prior to serving, strain sauce (to remove minced ginger) and reheat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill until no longer pink in center, about 5 min per side.
- Thinly slice chicken and top with 1 tablespoon Sesame Ginger Sauce.

INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncescream cheese
- 1/2lbground beef, browned
- 1/2cupsalsa(or more)
- 1cup shreddedcheese(or more)
DIRECTIONS
- Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer browned ground beef onto the cream cheese.
- Pour salsa on to the ground beef.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2lbbeefor porkor chickens, cut into small pieces
- 1/4cupoil
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1tablespoonsoya sauce
- 1minced garlic clove
- 1cuponions, chopped
- 1cupcelery, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce)canmushrooms, drained, saving liquid
- 1 (14 ounce)canbean sprouts, drained
- 1tablespooncornstarch
- Chinese noodles (optional)
- cooked rice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in fry pan.Add the meat, salt, soya sauce, and garlic; brown quickly and remove from pan.
- To the pan add onion, celery, mushrooms, and bean sprouts and fry a few minutes.Add meat.
- Mix cornstarch with mushroom liquid and add to pan.Heat until hot and thickened.
- Chinese noodles may be added before serving.
- Service with rice.NOTE:Leftover meats may be used in this recipe.Serves 4.
