INGREDIENTS
- 4-6onions, cut up
- 2green peppers, chopped
- 2 (12 ounce)canswhole tomatoes, cut up
- 1headcabbage
- 1bunchcelery
- 2 (4 ounce)packagesonion soup mix
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the cabbage into bite size chunks.
- Add 1 bunch of chopped celery.
- Add 2 large cans of cut up whole tomatoes.
- Add 2 chopped green peppers.
- Add cut up onions.
- Cover with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the 2 packages of onion soup mix.
- Simmer until vegetables are done.
- Then serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 1headlettuce(tear into bite size pieces)
- 1headcauliflower(uncooked & tear into bite size pieces)
- 1 1/2cups hellmans’smayonnaise
- 1mediumonion(chopped)
- 1lbbacon(crisp & crumbled)
- 1/3cupparmesan cheese
- 1/3cupsugar
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients in pan in layers as listed above.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and sugar on top.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Mix just before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1onion, large fine sliced
- 2ouncesbutter
- 3/4pintbeef stock
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonground pepper
- 2teaspoonscornflour
- water, to mix
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add the onion and stir for a few minutes on medium heat (must not brown.).
- Add the beef stock and seasoning; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Thicken with the corn flour.
- Serve with thick chunks of crusty bread.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 1/2cupsquick-cooking oatsor old fashioned oats
- 1cup packedbrown sugar
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1cupbutter, softened
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce)can caramelizedsweetened condensed milk
- 1cuptoffee pieces
- 1cup coarsly choppedpecans
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.In large bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar and salt.With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.Press 3/4 of mixture in 13X9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes.
- In 1 quart saucepan, heat dulce de leche over low heat 2-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Spread dulce de leche over partially baked crust.Sprinkle evenly with toffee bits, pecans and remaining crumb mixture.Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
- Run knife around sides of pan to loosen bars.Cool completely, about 1 hour.For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.
- *Dulce de leche is caramelized sweetened condensed milk and can be found in the baking section next to the sweetened condensed milk.May also be found in the ethnic Mexican section.Brand name is Nestle La Lechera Dulce de Leche.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2cuppeanut butter(I use chunky)
- 1/2cuphoney
- 1largeegg
- 1 1/4cupsbuttermilk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.Butter and flour 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Beat peanut butter and honey together, then beat in egg and buttermilk.
- Gradually stir in dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
