INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 4slicesmozzarella cheese

Basil Mayonnaise
- 2cupsmayonnaise
- 1cupfresh basil leaves
- salt and pepper

- 2tomatoes, chopped
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1/2cuppimento stuffed olives, chopped
- 2garlic cloves, minced
- 1tablespoonred wine vinegar
- 3tablespoonsolive oil
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place all Basil Mayonnaise ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Combine all Salsa ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Form 1 pound ground beef into 4 patties. Place on heated grill pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Place 1 slice cheese on each burger. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese melts.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbs freshground turkey
- 4brie cubes, 1-inch, 1/2-inch thick
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1largegranny smith apples, cored and sliced 1/2-inch thick crosswise
- 1tablespoonvegetable oil
- 4rolls
DIRECTIONS
- Shape the meat firmly into 4 round uniform patties about 1 1/2inches thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty and place 1 cube of the cheese in each. Knead the meat slightly to cover the hole.
- Brush both sides of the burgers lightly with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat until just smoking. Cook the burgers to your liking.
- Brush the apples on both sides with the vegetable oil. Grill (in a grill pan) until golden on both sides.
- Place a burger on the bottom of each roll, top with 1 or 2 apple slices and a dollop of ketchup.

INGREDIENTS
- 1loafFrench bread
- 1 (10 ounce)cancream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce)containersour cream
- 1lbVelveeta cheese, cubed
- 1lbground beef
- 2teaspoonsdried onions
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Split the loaf of french bread and hollow (reserve to add to filling.)
- Brown ground beef with dried onion,salt pepper and garlic powder and drain.
- In large mixing bowl combine ground beef, soup, velveeta, sour cream and reserved bread.
- If mixture is too dry add a small amount of water or broth.
- Spoon mixture back into the hollowed out french bread. (I always have mixture left over — its yummy all by itself!).
- Place top back onto bread, wrap in foil.
- Bake at 325 for about 20-30 mins until sandwich is heated through and top is crusty!

INGREDIENTS
- 4boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4cupItalian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 (26 ounce)jarspaghetti sauce
- 1cup shreddedmozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Dip chicken in egg
- Coat well with bread crumbs.
- Arrange breaded chicken in 9X13 oven proof dish.
- Bake uncovered 20 minute.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 10 more minute or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1/4cupconfectioners’ sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 4mediumapples(Empire, Gala, or Golden Delicious)
- 2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
- 1 (17 1/4 ounce)packagefrozen puff pastry, thawed(2 sheets)
- 1largeegg, beaten lightly with 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2cuppure maple syrup, at least 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl stir together cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Peel, halve, and core apples and cut into 1/4-inch slices.Place apples in a saucepan and cover with maple syrup — about a 1/2 cup, but eyeball it to your liking.Stir over low-heat until apples are softened.Remove apples and place in a bowl to cool.Do not discard syrup, as you’ll use it later for the glaze.
- Unroll puff pastry and place one sheet inside a 9″ baking pan.Spread cream cheese mixture on pastry sheet and top with apples.Place the second pastry sheet on top of the apples and seal the edges by folding pastry sheet edges together.Brush egg wash over top of pie and edges and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake pie in middle of oven 30 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
- Meanwhile, depending on how watery the syrup is from the apples, you might want to add more syrup to the pan.Simmer the maple syrup for 10 minutes, or until reduced to about 1/3 cup.
- Drizzle hot syrup glaze over warm pie.
