INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 ounce)canhormel chili(No beans)
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese
- 1 (4 ounce)can dicedjalapenos
- 1 (4 ounce)can dicedolives
- chili powder
DIRECTIONS
- Throw it all in a pot.Heat, melt, mix, serve, and ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsquinoa
- 1cuppeas
- 1/4teaspoonginger, chopped
- 10cashew nuts
- 1green chili pepper (optional)
- 10curry leaves
- 1mediumonion
- 2 1/2cupswater
- 1tablespoonvegetable oil
- 1-2tablespoonlemons
- 1teaspoonseasoning salt
DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker. Stir once.
- Cook on medium to medium-high heat.
- After three whistles, remove from heat.
- After the pressure reduces (5 to 10 minutes), open.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve.

- 1 1/2ouncesCuervo tequila or1800 gold tequila
- 3/4ounceCointreau liqueur
- 3/4ounceGrand Marnier
- 1/2ouncelime juice
- 2ouncessour mix(powdered is better)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients and serve in a chilled glass.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 3tablespoonsdried onions
- 1 (8 ounce)cantomato sauce
- 1 1/2tablespoonschili powder
- 1teaspooncumin
- 3/4teaspoonground allspice
- 1tablespoonoregano
- 1teaspoongarlic salt
- 2 (16 ounce)cansrefried beans
- 16 (6 inch)tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Brown ground beef in pan with dried onion.
- Drain grease from pan.
- Then add tomato sauce and spices, mixing.
- Add refried beans, and mix together well.
- Serve with whatever taco toppings you like.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupszucchini, shredded, drained
- 1/2cupmayonnaise
- 1/4cupparmesan cheese, grated
- 2garlic cloves, diced (optional)
- 1onion, diced (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- 1loafItalian bread, day old
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except for the bread and refrigerate until chilled and you are ready to bake it.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the bread and place in an 8 X 8 inch baking dish.
- Put the chilled zucchini mixture over the bread and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
