INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cancheddar cheese soup
- 3/4cupmilk
- 1 1/2cupscheddar cheese
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce)cansgreen beans(drained)or4 cupsgreen beans(cut-style, cooked)
- 1 1/3cupsFrench’s cheddar french fried onions
DIRECTIONS
- In 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine soup, milk and 1 cup cheese; stir until well blended.
- Add beans and 2/3 cup French Fried onions; mix gently to combine.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbssirloin steaks, cut into thin slices
- 1cup slicedgreen peppers
- 1cup slicedred peppers
- 1cup slicedred onions
- 8ounces slicedfresh mushrooms
- 2tablespoonschili powder
- 1teaspooncayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 4ounceslow-fat cheese
- 4tablespoonsnonfat sour cream (optional)
- 4tablespoonsguacamole (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet, over med-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add onion, peppers, mushrooms, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, and saute, just until veggies are tender.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add steak slices and cook, just until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes or so), steak should be cooked no more than rare to med-rare.
- Add onions and pepper mixture, and heat through.
- Serve beef and veggie mixture in bowls, sprinkled with cheese, and served with dollops of sour cream and guacamole (if desired).

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1/3cuphoney
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 3cupsQuaker Oatmeal Squares Cereal
- 1 1/2cupsold fashioned oats
- 1cupwhole almonds
- 1/2cupsliced almonds
- 1/2cupdried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
- Combine butter, honey, sugar, cinnamon, and salt over low heat until butter melts and sugar is dissolved.
- In large bowl combine cereal, oats, and nuts.
- Drizzle with butter mixture and mix well.
- Place in a 15×10x1 pan and bake uncovered at 274 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.Allow to cool and stir in cranberries.

INGREDIENTS
- 1dasholive oil flavored cooking spray
- 2lbs uncookedboneless skinless chicken breasts
- 30ouncescanned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3cupsnonfat sour cream
- 2cups shreddedreduced-fat monterey jack cheeseor Mexican blend cheese
- 8ouncesdiced green chilies, two 4-oz cans
- 2teaspoonsground cumin
- 1/2teaspoonblack pepper
- 12corn tortillas, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1cupsalsa
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a lasagna pan with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in medium saucepan and fill with enough cold water just to cover chicken. Set pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes; drain. When chicken is cool enough to handle, cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Transfer chicken to a large bowl and add beans, sour cream, 1 cup of shredded cheese, chilies, cumin, and pepper; mix well and set aside.
- Arrange half of tortillas in bottom of prepared lasagna pan, overlapping pieces to cover surface. Top tortillas with half of chicken mixture, layer with remaining tortillas and then top with remaining chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese.
- Bake until filling is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into 12 pieces. Serve with salsa on the side.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupginger aleor champagne
- 1/4cupmaraschino cherry juice
- maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
- Pour 1/2 cup ginger ale or champagne into each of 2 stemmed glasses.
- Stir 2 T maraschino juice into each.
- Slide cherries onto long picks; place in glasses.
