INGREDIENTS
- 4largerusset potatoes
- 1cupcreamed corn
- 1/4cuponions, minced
- 1/4cupcarrots, shredded
- 1tablespoonparsley
- 1/4cupcooked ham, cut in cubes
- 1/4cup slicedsmoked sausage
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1teaspoon tony chachere’screole seasoning
- 1/4cup shreddedcheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
- cover with water in a large saucepan.
- cook until tender.
- remove from heat and carefully smash cubes without removing them from broth.
- Return saucepan to heat and all remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Cook over low fire for 30 minutes stirring frequently. If mixture is too thin thicken with a little potato flakes.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cheese in center of bowl.

INGREDIENTS
- 2ouncesice
- 6ouncesdiet Dr. pepper soda
- 1ounceblackberry brandy
- 1ounce black velvetwhiskey
DIRECTIONS
- Place ice in a large chilled glass.
- Pour the liquors over the ice and top with soda.
- Stir slightly with a straw (do NOT shake, for goodness sakes–unless you want to see your drink spray all over).

INGREDIENTS
- 2ouncesblackberry brandy
- 1ouncebutterscotch schnapps
- 1tablespoonhalf-and-half
- 2ouncesice
DIRECTIONS
- Chill two small (juice) glasses.
- Place ice in a drink shaker.
- Pour in liquors and shake 30 seconds.
- strain into 2 chilled glasses.
- Carefully pour half-and-half over the back of a spoon to float on top.
- Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

Orange Bars
- 2cupsflour
- 2cupssugar substitute
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2cupEgg Beaters egg substitute or4 egg whites
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1 (11 ounce)canmandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (11 ounce)canmandarin oranges, with juice

Glaze
- 1 (8 ounce)packagefat free cream cheese
- 1cupsugar substituteor powdered sugar
- 2teaspoonsvanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Beat ingredients together for 2 minutes, or until Mandarin Oranges are mashed.
- Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Glaze: Beat ingredients together until smooth. Spread on cooled bars.
- *note* if you cut the recipe in half you can use it for an 8×8 pan.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbskirt steaksor flank steaks
- 1teaspoonpepper
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1tablespoongarlic(minced)
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 14ouncesbeef stock
- 1tablespoonteriyaki sauce
- 1tablespoonsoy sauce
- 1tablespoonhoisin sauce
- 1onion(chopped)
- 1red pepper(sliced)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the steak across the grain into 1/4 inch slices.
- In a bowl, combine pepper, salt, garlic and sugar, stir.
- Put your steak slices in the mixture and toss.
- Put steak into crockpot, add beef broth andstir.
- Add teriyaki, soy and hoison sauce, stir.
- Add chopped onions and sliced red pepper, stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours depending on your crock pot.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
- Enjoy.
