INGREDIENTS
- 4sheetsnori
- 1/3tablespoonsesame oil
- 2/3tablespoonolive oil
- 1pinchsea salt
- 1teaspoonsesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Lay the nori sheets flat on a baking tray.
- Combine the oils and using a pastry brush, brush the oil over the top surface of each sheet.
- Sprinkle the sea salt and sesame over the oiled surface and roast in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Leave to cool before cutting into pieces approx 3 cm square.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cup mixed rawvegetables, of your choice
- 3cupsshort-grain brown rice, cooked and cold
- 2tablespoonstahini
- 1/2lemon, juice of
- 1tablespoontamari
- 1/2cupsilken tofu
- 1cupsesame seeds

For the dipping sauce
- 2tablespoonstamari
- 2tablespoonsmirin
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Chop the vegetables very finely - if the pieces are too big, the mixture will not stick together.
- Combine the rice and vegetables in a bowl. Mix the tahini, lemon juice, tamari and tofu in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour this sauce over the rice and vegetables and mix thoroughly.
- With wet hands, roll bits of the rice mixture into balls of about 5cm in diameter.
- Roll the balls in the sesame seeds until they are completely coated and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes, turning the balls twice during the baking process.
- While the balls are cooking, make the dipping sauce by mixing the tamari and mirin together in a small bowl.

INGREDIENTS
- 14ouncessweetened condensed milk(14 oz can, NOT evaporated milk! Can use fat-free sweetened condensed as well!)
- 2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2tablespoonsbutteror margarine
- 2teaspoonsvanilla extract
- 36ouncesrefrigerated sugar cookie dough, dough rolls. this is 2 rolls.(can use chocolate chip dough as well)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium sized saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter; cook over low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring often.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.Cool for 15 minutes.
- Using floured hands, press 1 1/2 of the rolls of cookie dough into a 15×10 inch backing pan.
- Pour cooled chocolate mixture evenly over the cookie dough in the pan.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the chocolate mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minute.
- Cool and cut.

INGREDIENTS
- 30gham, diced
- 1/2cuptasty cheese, grated
- 1/3cupcapsicums, diced
- 1/4cupfresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/2cupmushrooms, sliced
- 1/4cuponions, finely diced
- 1/4teaspoondried basil
- 1/2teaspoongarlic, crushed
- 2teaspoonstomato paste
- 4slicesbread
- margarineor butter, to coat
DIRECTIONS
- Plug in the sandwich maker to heat up.
- In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients except tomato paste and bread.
- Spread butter onto one side of the bread and tomato paste onto the other. Place 2 of these bread slices into the jaffle maker, butter side down. Top with pizza filling.
- Place remaining slices of bread on top, paste side facing into the pizza filling.
- Cook until browned to your liking.

INGREDIENTS
- 100gcottage cheese
- 1pinchblack pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place the cheese in a food processor or blender, I use a magic bullet blender for this.
- Blitz until all the curds are broken up and the mixture appears smooth.
- Place in a bowl and garnish with black pepper.
- Note once made you can add any flavourings you want spices, vegetables prawns etc.
